What does OPQ make?

Websites, web apps and donation pages; company profiles, pitch decks, impact reports and social content; video editing, promo videos, motion graphics and 3D; automations, a 24/7 chat assistant, and WhatsApp Business and Google Business Profile setup. Eighteen services, and one person you talk to from start to finish.

Do you work with NGOs?

Yes. Foundations, charities and community groups, whether you have no website yet or one that needs rescuing. We also make donation pages, impact reports, proposals and campaign videos. The NGO page has everything.

What is the free first piece?

Before you pay for anything, we make one thing for you: a social media post set, a motion graphic, a short video edit or a homepage, your choice. You judge our work on your own name, not on someone else’s. If you love it, we carry on. If you do not, you owe nothing.

How long does it take?

A social media post set is usually ready in a day or two, a short video edit or a motion graphic in two or three days and an animated explainer in one to two weeks. A launch page takes about five days and a full website about ten, once we have your content. Automations take a few days.

How much does it cost?

Every project is scoped on a short WhatsApp chat, so you only pay for what you need. We agree the price with you before any paid work begins, and there are no surprises after.

Who will I be talking to?

The person who makes your work. No account managers and no hand-offs. You message one person on WhatsApp from the first hello to launch day, and long after.

What if I do not like what you make?

Say so. Every project includes two full rounds of changes, and the free first piece comes with no strings. We would rather get it right than rush it.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We speak plain English, handle the domain, hosting and files for you, and explain anything you ask about. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can work with us.

Can you work with what I already have?

Yes. Your logo, your photos, an old website, a WhatsApp number or a half finished Google listing. We build on what you have and tell you honestly what is worth keeping.

Do you look after things after launch?

Yes. A care plan covers hosting, backups and monthly edits for your website, and we can keep your social content, videos and automations fresh too. Send changes on WhatsApp and we handle them.
